<p><strong>R.K. Mishra, </strong>Senior Professor,&nbsp;Director and ONGC Subir Raha Chair&nbsp;Professor at the Institute of Public&nbsp;Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad, is a graduate&nbsp;of International Management&nbsp;Programme, SDA Bocconi, Milan,&nbsp;Italy. His current interests include:&nbsp;corporate social responsibility, corporate&nbsp;governance, modernisation of&nbsp;state, civil service systems, financial&nbsp;administration, environmental administration,&nbsp;privatisation, SOE reforms,&nbsp;restructuring, poverty management,&nbsp;and good governance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>A. Sridhar Raj</strong> is Assistant Professor&nbsp;at the Institute of Public Enterprise,&nbsp;Hyderabad. He has completed his&nbsp;PhD from Osmania University in the&nbsp;year 2011. He is involved in research,&nbsp;training, consultancy and teaching at&nbsp;IPE. He is also the Joint Coordinator&nbsp;for Management Development Programmes&nbsp;and has written award winning&nbsp;case studies. His areas of interest&nbsp;are Positive Workplaces, Emotional&nbsp;Intelligence and Mindfulness.</p>
