Mishra,</strong> ONGC Subir Raha Chair&nbsp;Professor on Corporate Governance and&nbsp;Senior Professor and Director, Institute&nbsp;of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad, is&nbsp;PhD from the University of Rajasthan and&nbsp;graduate of International Management&nbsp;Programme, SDA Bocconi, Milan, Italy.&nbsp;He is a member of the UN Task Force on&nbsp;International Taskforce on Standards of&nbsp;Excellence in Public Administration and&nbsp;Education, and member of Board of Governors&nbsp;of the International Association of&nbsp;Schools and Institutes in Administration&nbsp;(IASIA), Brussels. He is on the Steering&nbsp;Committee of Network of Asia-Pacific&nbsp;Schools and Institutes of Public Administration&nbsp;and Governance supported by the&nbsp;Asian Development Bank. He is also Honorary&nbsp;Member on the Board of Research,&nbsp;American Biographical Institute,&nbsp; USA and&nbsp;Chairman of the Research Committee on&nbsp;Management of the Academy of Social Sciences,&nbsp;Brussels. He has considerable experience&nbsp;of teaching and guiding research&nbsp;for doctoral degree in management,&nbsp;economics, public administration and&nbsp;commerce. He is on the editorial boards of&nbsp;many national and international journals,<br /> and his publications have been brought&nbsp;out by publishers of repute from India&nbsp;and abroad. His areas of interest include:&nbsp;Corporate Governance, Corporate Social&nbsp;Responsibility, Sustainable Development,&nbsp;Public Enterprise Management, Corporate&nbsp;and International Finance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Shulagna Sarkar,</strong> Assistant Professor,&nbsp;IPE, Hyderabad, is a law graduate with a&nbsp;PhD in HRM. Certified trainer in the area&nbsp;of CSR, she has worked extensively in&nbsp;the&nbsp;areas of CSR, baseline surveys, impact&nbsp;assessment and Green HRM in India.&nbsp;Her areas of interest include: CSR, Green&nbsp;HRM, and environmental competencies.</p>
