V. Balaji Nagendra Kumar is the National Doctoral Fellow, Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad. He has contributed research papers in several edited volumes and journals. He was honoured with the much coveted Lee Kuan Yew Fellowship by the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (National University of Singapore) for the completion of his Masters in Public Policy.
