Ram Kumar Mishra is Director, Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad. A great teacher and a prolific writer, he has taught in various national and international universities, including the London Business School, the Sciences Po (Paris), SDA Bocconi (Milan), etc. He has contributed research papers to international and national journals, and chapters in edited volumes numbering several hundreds.

V. Balaji Nagendra Kumar is the National Doctoral Fellow, Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad. He has contributed research papers in several edited volumes and journals.
