Living a Perfect Life with Imperfect Health

Jai Rani Bhalla

Praise for this book

The book is a modern-day Gita! A must read and a ‘must gift’ to your closest friends and family. A summation of life’s lessons by a very gifted and insightful human for all of us looking for answers to the questions life puts forth.
— Dr. Umesh Choudhary
MD, FACG, FASGE, University of South Florida, USA

A must read for everyone, for not just the ill and the healers. You may not have control over your challenges, but you do have a choice in being miserable or not; and making happiness a priority. A useful adjunct to counselling patients.
— Dr. Rajnish Gupta
MBBS, MS, FRCS, Consultant Physician, Ohio, USA

While sharing her life, the author provides a guide book that can help anyone. She tells her story of delivering her Karma with perfection during her earthly existence despite a long list of imperfect health conditions.
— Dr. Naveen Mittal
Endowed Chair and Distinguished Professor of Pediatrics, Texas, USA

So readable! The author has drawn inspiration from diverse sources to give practical tips on how to tap inner resources to deal with challenges that overwhelm us in life.
— Banashri Bose Harrison
Secretary (Retd.), Ministry of External Affairs; former Ambassador of India

Borrowing from Mahatma Gandhi, her life is her message. Rather than stumble in the dark, the author has lit a lamp that will continue to inspire thousands of people to lead a harmonious and whole life.
— K.B. Valsala Kumari
IAS (Retd.), Former Principal Secretary to Government of Kerala

This book will help patients, doctors, counsellors, para-medical staff. From a treating doctor’s perspective: the author lived and celebrated her life till the end. She will remain a guiding force for all through this book, so well compiled.
— Dr. (Prof.) A.K. Bhalla
Chairman & HOD, Nephrology, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital,
Padma Shri and B.C. Roy Awardee
