Xavier Richet

Xavier Richet is Professor, University Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris. He is a specialist of former socialist Eastern European countries, of post-socialist transition and Russian economy. In the framework of RECEP (Russian-European Center for Economic Policy), a joint EU-Russian think-tank, he has worked as an adviser to the Russian ministry of foreign trade on the economic transformation of Russia (2000-2002). His research includes technological change in several industries.
