R. Mahalakshmi

R. Mahalakshmi is Associate Professor at the Centre for Historical Studies, JNU, New Delhi. She specialises in the history of ancient and early medieval south India, and teaches several courses at the Master’s and research levels in this field. Her research interests include: religion  and society, art and architecture, gender studies and political economy.
