About the Author
Nilabja Ghosh, currently in the faculty of Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi, India, has taught economics and served in reputed institutes as a researcher in agricultural economics and rural development. Her PhD in economics is from the Indian Statistical Institute. She was a consultant with the United Nations University, participated in international and national collaborative research projects and regularly contributes inputs for government policymaking. Her research interests are econometric modelling, agricultural supply related issues, food markets, gender and environment, including climate change issues. She has written several articles for national and international journals and conferences and coauthored two books.
